Word of mouth carries a lot of weight in a town like Midland, and it’s mostly how West Texas Master Movers has grown since 2012. Wade Holloway started this company on a handful of referrals from oilfield friends and neighbors, and that same word-of-mouth reputation still drives a good share of our business today. The reviews below are from real customers who booked a move with our crew, not a script written for the website.
You’ll see comments about crew chiefs like Emilio Vasquez and Tank Whitfield by name, because customers remember who showed up at their door and how they handled it. That’s on purpose — every crew we send out represents the same standard, whether it’s a studio apartment in Odessa or a five-bedroom house heading to Austin.
We don’t hide the occasional rough day, either. Moving is stressful, schedules slip, and a piece of furniture occasionally takes a scuff despite our best efforts. What you’ll find in these reviews is how we responded when something didn’t go perfectly, not just when everything went right. If you’d rather hear it directly, call our office and ask to speak with someone about a recent job in your area, or browse our service areas to see if we’ve worked near you before.
